Lately, we have been spending a lot of time at home! With two small children, this can be a stressful thing!
Having enough to do to occupy their time can drive a mama crazy!
One thing that my daughter and I have been doing is baking! Everything from muffins, to Muddy Buddies, to Oatmeal Cookies! She loves it and it is a great way to get her used to working in the kitchen as well as a bonding time for just the two of us! 
I am not sure if she has more fun baking, or making a mess of the kitchen? My kitchen takes a beating while we are in it baking up delicious treats! The mess that is left behind{for mom to clean, of course!}is all worth it! The laughter and fun we share make for wonderful memories! {and yummy treats to eat afterwards!}
I am thankful for the mess! Because, all too soon, she will be grown, making a mess in a kitchen of her own!
