Fun Fall Craft for Kids

Since Fall has officially arrived, pumpkins, turkeys, and leaves are on our minds. I have been thinking a lot about, and stocking up on, fun, fall, craft items for my children.

While browsing my local dollar store, I came across a pack of these layered tissue paper leaves. I picked up two packs and allowed my brain to get to work thinking up what I could use them for.

This is what I came up with:

I got out the glue, glitter, {yes, glitter! *sigh*}, and other fun, shiny, things and let the kids get to work!

Emma had fun placing each shiny circle precisely on the line of glue while Caleb enjoyed squeezing the glue out!

I aided in the sprinkling of the glitter and have come to the decision that I will allow them to use glitter again. {with my supervision, of course!}

They both really liked seeing their names written out in glue and then glitter!

Once they dried, we went around the house and taped them to the windows adding a little bit of fall decor, indoors!

What types of fall crafts, if any, do you have planned to do with your kids?

**yes, my children are in their pj's! just another advantage to homeschooling!
