When the yarn runs out

Photobucket

My days come and go, swifter than the click of knitting needles, and then the yarn runs out-an unfinished life. ~ Job 7:6 {the MSG}

When you talk to a mom, any mom, one sentence that is sure to always come out of her mouth is, "they grow up too fast!"

I know I've said it a bunch of times. And it is true, is it not? If I could just slow down the hands of time...

Since our time here is so short and the moments we are spending with the people we love the most so limited, what are we doing each and everyday to make a lasting impact?

How are we sharing the love of Jesus Christ with those we love as well as strangers we may come across each and everyday?

We only have this one life and this one chance to make a difference for Him!

What are you going to do with it before the "yarn runs out"?

I just love The Message's way of paraphrasing this verse. Not only because I have a love for knitting, but also for the simplicity of it and how easy it is for anyone to understand the message behind it!
